- When you book hotel from our website, until the payment not come to our account and we not sent you booking confirmation, Your booking request is not confirmed.
- Full payment is must for confirm the booking.
- If you are booking tour package service with us, tour package full payment should also be cleared before your arrival in Andaman Islands. If you fails in this you booking amount for tour packages will be not refund in any case as we need to do all arrangement for your tour packages.

- Below 5 years child is complimentary with parents. On demand extra mattress, charge will be extra.

- 12 years and above kids will be considered as adults and will cost like a adult.
- Maximum 3 adults and 1 infant can be stay in one room.
- Adhaar Card or birth certificate is mandatory to prove age of the Childs.
- Without any prior notice of information we can change the room charge anytime according to season, offseason or by any other reason. So before booking check website current room charges.
- Any damage in hotel property and rooms by you, all the charges will be paid by you.
- In case you raise any problem which disturb the other guests in hotel, we will immediately ask you to vacate the room and nowe are liable to pay you any charges.
