Booking Terms and conditions and payment policy
50% advance payment required to confirm the reservation, within the cut-off date and time.
100% advance payment has to be made 15 days prior from the check in date. Bookings will be held provisionally up to a pre-specified cut-off date and time after Which will be auto released.
Any hike in government taxes the same would be charged accordingly on the above mentioned room rates and meals.
Hotel Cancellation policy
Any cancellation on or 30 days prior from check in date 0% cancellation charges would be applicable from the total booking cost.
Any cancellation received 10 days prior from check in date 50% cancellation charges would be applicable from the total booking cost.
100% cancellation charges would be applicable in case cancellation request received in less than 15 days from the check in date.
100% retention charges would be applicable in case of no show and full booking amount will be charged.
100% charges would be charged from the total booking amount in case of last minute booking cancellation due to flight cancellation, any natural calamity, and change in flight schedule/ferry due to technical/weather and high tides and sea conditions.
No refunds for the bookings made between 15th Dec to 15th Jan
